51 years old. Lived with ED for 20 years.
Pills stopped working. Trimix helped, but injections weren’t sustainable.
Coloplast Titan IPP implanted January 8, 2026 -20 cm.
Grateful, moving forward.

I never used a VED prior to my implant. But the day before my surgery I woke up with an erection after not having one for years without using some drug. Impossible to explain if it was a mental or physical effect.
If you're already scheduled for the surgery, do it. There has to be a reason you started this journey. Best of luck.
