Mine was great (day6 post op)!! I guess maybe because I was backed up at least a week and i had extra sensitivity to the area made it a very powerful one! It was also very good news too as far as knowing everything was in good working order.

I have not had an orgasm since about the first of April. It was solo with a semi-flaccid penis.
I am looking forward to having one inside my wife.

Before the implant my orgasm gave me a burning sensation from my scrotum to my arse that is after my prostatectomy.
Had orgasm after implant increased burning sensation i hope it goes away.
Did anyone else have this experience

I had one 2 weeks to the day from my surgery, just touching myself a bit. I wasn't expecting it and was blown away by the sheer intensity and rapidity of it all. Sorta stunned that it happened so easily and strongly. Wow... It felt Good! Made me really happy that I'm still sensitive and will be able to cum again, soon I hope.
