Hi everyone,
I had an implant procedure done about 1.5 months ago. I notice every few days a cold liquid sensation in my scrotum. It happens for a few seconds and feels like cold fluid is leaking internally. Then it will disappear.
Anyone else ever experience this? I am wondering is this a slow leak and if I will eventually need revision. I still haven’t noticed an issue with getting to max inflation with implant.

How on earth would it be cold. Is the middle of your abdomen cooler than the bottom of your balls? Are you injecting saline into your balls? doesn't add up. Has to be something neurological or something.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

I experienced this strange sensation as well— a cold “leak.”
That was over a year ago, and the thing works fine. It appears to be neurological, perhaps the nerves healing.

40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.
