Pre and Post Penis Length

Now I am worried about the erect length of my penis.
My pre-flaccid penis length was 4 inches, and erect was 6 inches.
Now after the surgery on April 9, 2013, my flaccid length is 3 inches and my erect length is 4 inches.
There is still some edema at the base of the penis, and the scrotum still has some edema, but I think most of that that edema is resolved.

What is your experience? All the videos of the penis implant videos I watched on You Tube and medical sites did not indicate such loss in length.

Thanks, Gary

Gary all I can say is everyone on this subject is different... Also some loss an inch to 2 inchs and then regain it... Some but few don't... I'm currently an inch down in length and half inch on girth...I hope with stretching of the device I'll get close to what I was... I have a titan and supposedly its not meant to lengthen but there's some people that have a titan and it did lengthen back to the original size.... Just keep pumping the implant for afew months possibly am hour every day and youl have hopefully stretched it a bit!!! Also you we're 6"erect before... Do you get full engorgement. Of the glans yet? If not ya have to factor that into the measurements of penile length!!!

Gary,

I see you have an AMS unit. Is it the LGX or CX? And what was the size, and were there RTE's attached, and if so, how long? The correlation between unit size and ultimate erect length is not precises at all, but it can give you an idea of what range you should be in. Lots of guys (but not all of them) with LGX's report starting out smaller than they anticipate, but then stretching out quite a bit, sometimes reporting length gains up to a year or more post-op. CX's (and Titans, but that's Coloplast not AMS) tend to max out on length fairly soon once you can tolerate pumping "to the max".
