Malleables Vs. Inflatables (part III)

Postby MarcL97 » Mon Mar 23, 2026 2:32 pm

1. Most men are concerned with loss of penis length and girth regardless of the type of implant.

In general, is there more loss in length and girth with the malleable vs. inflatable?

2. If you are in a locker room, naked, isn't it impossible to conceal an erection with a malleable?

I can only speak about my Rigi10 and im only two months out, so keep that in mind.

1. There’s mixed reports from guys on size loss with malleables. With inflatables, you can cycle and the vast majority of guys report regaining lost size and some report gaining additional size. With malleables that isnt an option. I think with a good surgeon, size loss will be minimized but its important to remember the size you get during surgery is pretty much final.

2. With my Rigi10, yes it would be very very difficult to hide. It looks like a semi erection. The problem im finding with the Rigi10 is the bend angle - it’s not as good as the Genesis. Im still early on, but i really need to emphasize to anyone looking into malleables - im feeling very certain the best one for concealment is the Genesis. My hope is that my Rigi10 bends better at the hinge over time but right now, the spring back makes it hard to conceal without compression boxer briefs - which im discovering is uncomfortable after about an hour.

Not trying to deter you from a malleable - but if i could do it over again, id go with a Genesis and not the Rigi10.

In my case:

1. I did not lose any size or girth with my malleable. But if that were the trade-off, I would still be open to it. Just my take. The appearance of my penis also varies a lot based on temperature, whether or not I've worked out (less blood flow to extremities), if I'm under the weather/have a cold, etc. It doesn't look the same every single day, and I just can't imagine that the IPPs do, either. But when I'm very aroused, I might even be a little big bigger than I was before the implant. I still get good flow blow to the glans and to the sides of the shaft. I just think I never had good corporal blood flow after my accident.

2. It's not difficult to conceal my Genesis malleable. It sort of hangs like my natural penis did, but if someone were to touch it they would notice it's hard like an erection. When I'm sleeping, it more or less points straight up. But that's not uncomfortable. Sometimes it bends slightly to the left when I'm sleeping. Posture is a big deal in terms of where it goes.
