Hi Gents,

I'm looking for an honest answer from everyone. My question is, if you were able to have some form of sex with a horseshoe ring on the penis with a rubber ring around your balls, would you get an implant or wait till everything fails first? I tried everything except stem cells. I have been approved for an implant on April 17 with Dr. Andrew Kramer. Also, he will implant you with whatever fits best. I'm getting Titan Coloplast.

Try and relax, you will be fine. You won't get a clear consensus on your question because everyone is different, so you'll get a variety of different opinions. For me "some form of sex" (very limited) using pump and constriction rings was my final option after everything else failed. It was totally inadequate, frustrating and emasculating. Ultimately I had no hesitation in getting an implant. If you've got to the point of booking in for surgery you've probably already answered yourself anyway. I believe Dr Kramer is considered one of the best implant surgeons in the US, so you'll be in good hands.
