Thoughts on beginning cycling pain

So my first implant was infrapubic and started cycling at 2 weeks gently and had sex at 3. First cycling I had a lot of pain in the expansion so in the shaft. Never felt any real pressure in glans. I was a little over an inch short but over 8-10 months I regained all my length and actually gained a little girth. Girth was painful during cycling but would go away quickly after deflating.
Now my revision! I had a 20cm with one RTE so total of 21cm. New one is a 24cm with one cm trimmed of rear tip so 23cm total but more inflatable part of cylinder by 4cms. Dr explained that the girth of a 24xL is larger than a 20cm. But that it can only expand as much as your cavernosa will allow it to. So first cycling at 5 weeks I immediately had a lot of pain in glans. I will mention that Dr did a tunneling procedure to place tips up in glans better as they were close to eroding out the bottom with original. I do feel pressure in girth but most pain is in glans. Also it’s pretty intense and also takes hours to go away. Just been at cycling a week so just getting started. Will be interesting to see where it all winds up. I’m only about a 1/4” short if that and Dr said I should have very little shortage to regain like previously. Girth is immediately where it was and possibly a little more in the last 1/4 of shaft! That’s where the pain is and radiates out to the tip!
I can definitely tell the cylinders are bigger in girth as my dick has a v shape in top center and seems to force my urethra out the bottom making the bottom more round than before!
Also mention it hurts terribly in glans every time I have used Viagra!!! This is a first as I’ve used it regularly for years! Which helps a lot with engorgement. Things will surely smooth out in next few weeks.

Rider1400, sorry to hear the tunneling created so much pain. For me, the pain in the glans was the last place to resolve during my recovery, so its easy to imagine how much of an impact the tunneling must be. Hang in there -- best wishes !
