Pain compared to injections

Hello,

I am still considering an implant and have been a user for a year now of Edex (Aprostadil) 10mg injections.

Despite attempt to find my sweet spot in terms of dosage, I almost always end up with a painful erection, with an aching feeling of internal pressure pushing on the tunica. This makes sex much less enjoyable.

I was wondering if in your experience an erected penis with an implant can generate a similar pain, for example when pumped 100%.

I would imagine so, as the pressure on the tunica must be similar to that of an injection, but I have rarely read any relevant feedback from bionic men.

A fully erect penis on demand without the pain caused by an injection would definitely help me make up my mind.

The injections did not work for me. Either I would get no response at all or I would get a painful erection right away.

With the implant I have no pain when fully pumped. If it stays a while I might feel some tightness but nothing too difficult to deal with.

A number of people on this talk about pain from the actual surgery itself and swelling but for me the pain was very minimal. Hardly anything at all. My issue with the implant has been less sensitivity but my doctor thinks that is psychological.

Pain should not be an issue with an erection from an implant in my experience.

Some guys report some pain in the months following surgery, but it largely appears to resolve itself after some months. Rare are the guys that report ongoing pain or discomfort.

Huge difference between injections and the implant. I hated sticking a needle in myself, besides planning when to use one.
Six plus years implanted now, and it's still great. First few months were tough, but it was worth it.
If pills or injections have quit working, implant is the next (and final) step.

The pain you are experiencing is probably from the trimix. I could not use trimix, the pain was unbearable. I switched to bimix, and I’m fine with it. Maybe you should give it a try.

Obviously I have a malleable, so my experience is different — but most of the time I don't even notice that it's there. It's just part of my life now. If I think too hard about it, though, I sometimes get a little freaked out that I have an implant in my penis. Sometimes it's hard to remember the time when I wanted it so desperately, and now I just take it for granted.

Funny how that works.

Also — I hated injections. The pain after the medication wore off was immense. The injections themselves weren't too bad, but I guess I never hit the corporeal bodies just right because it only really worked a handful of times for me. The refrigeration is also a sticking point. Not fun.

With the malleable, I'm ready to go literally 24/7, no pumping. I'm Mr. Spontaneous.
