Hi guys.
I’ve been asked by Paul and others to speak to my first sexual experience after my implant. To say it was incredible is not too strong a statement.
It occurred at about the 3 week mark which was probably too early, but I’d been cleared to begin “exercising” the device and no one had specifically told me not to, so I figured if I was very careful…. I was also very curious after hearing several of the guys talk about loss of feeling both in the shaft (which I have) and in the glands. I can tell you in all honesty that first climax was like nothing I had ever experienced. It was so intense that my partner thought I was in serious pain, and it was some length of time before I could get across to her that I was fine. - actually very fine.
I’m at almost 5 months now and everything is still improving including the sex. As an interesting aside, my partner says sex is better than it’s been in years because she no longer has to worry about working to keep me erect and instead can concentrate on her own pleasure…who knew?

Results like that, Jean, make those of us who are considering the implant very encouraged. I bet you had a build up of testosterone and semen on that first time. I know myself, if I have a great hard on and ejaculate a lot of ropes, then my orgasm is very pleasurable.

Thanks for sharing and I can identify with what your partner told you about trying to keep you hard. My wife does that for me when I am not on the PDE5 drugs and it is a big mood killer for me and I know it is for her too. Sex is so much better when our tools as men are hard and throbbing and we can enjoy the whole experience without giving thought to limpness and working to getting it harder.

Thanks for sharing the wonderful story of your Post-Implant sex life.
I'm sure it will help many men make the difficult decision of whether or not to move forward with a Penile Implant.
Personally, I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in February 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in 2004.
The opportunity to speak with 2 men who had been implanted gave me the courage to move forward and I will always be grateful to these men for sharing their Implant experiences with me while I was suffering the many negative side-effects
of ED.
The Titan completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
We have been fully enjoying my Implant for the past 5+ years and counting and celebrated our 50th Wedding

I agree, something about being so stiff with an implant allows for impressive squirting ability. I couldn't be happier.

The first time I tried to use my implant for sex was not. My wife's vagina had atrophied over 4 years and I could not enter her. It was painful even with generous lubricant. Today she went to a gyn doc for an exam. They are starting her on HRT (premarin) and some over things to get her vagina back into shape. In the meantime, I have tried to masturbate, but without success. My body feels like it is responding and then shouts down. Almost to orgasm, then the switch is pulled.

OK, I am getting a male vibrator to fit over the penis, and hopefully that will get things going again. For those of you who have not had sex with your wife for a while (over a year), get her to a gyn asap, so you both may be ready on the same day. We learned the hard way.

I am glad for all you guys whose first time after implant was great. I am looking forward to my first orgasm as well as sex with my wife which may take a few months for her to get her body able to receive me.

I don't want to appear to be giving you medical advice, but I suggest you do some reading on the difference between premarin and bio-identical HRT. Both are HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) but there are differences. Do a Google search on bio-identical HRT and you will find much info.

I was being a little generic. I know there are several forms of HRT, not just Premarin. My wife got some cream and suppositories today, and the GYN will do some research on what to use that we can afford. Thanks, Gary
