MPP?

Postby HLB52111 » Thu Jul 23, 2026 12:34 pm

Hey guys. Getting ready for teleconference with Uro doc next week. Thinking of mentioning possible MPP implant. So far two 20 mg pills of Cialis are producing erections. But no PIV sex yet. Also had two samples of bimix for intrauretheral gel. Had no idea how to use them until I looked up as per PharmaLabs recommendations. First attempt I thought did not work then 30 to 40 minutes from start of injecting I got an erection. So injected entire 1 ml sample over a 30 min period and about 10 min later I had a full erection. Was so excited I ran into kitchen and asked wife what she saw. She agreed a full erection in front of her. She of course was recovering from shoulder surgery and unable to engage in PIV sex.
Also Uro Dr. agreed to try two 20 mg pills of Cialis to see how it worked out. First time was a little shaky because I took only 1 pill at first and I got a brief erection that started to fade after 10 minutes when I popped a second 20 mg Cialis and erection immediately became fully erect again. Again wife still in a sling after shoulder surgery so no PIV sex. The next two times I tried two 20mg Cialis at the same time and got a full erection. Again wife in shoulder sling so no PIV sex. I’m beginning to dislike that sling. Now wife is out of sling while at home and has agreed to try PIV sex this weekend before teleconference with Uro Dr. on July 29. Will update later.

Sounds like careful communication and instruction regarding use of medical options is warranted. Best to determine if medical options are unacceptable before having an operation, and it seems as though you were left to figure these out on your own rather than receiving thorough guidance. After that, IPP has higher rates of satisfaction, so another detailed conversation would be needed for that decision.
