Well today’s the day. Getting an implant. A bit nervous but also excited to get my mind and life back. I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir about what ED does to your mind and love life especially as a single guy. Difficult not to think about it every day.
I know from all you brothers that have taken this step that it takes time to get back to normal with cycling but hoping the first 3-6 months flies by.
Thankful for this forum. It is a God send.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.
