Celebrating 6 years of bionic happiness...after a very rough start. Local surgeon, uneventful 24cm Titan placement. Returned to have the drain removed on day 2 after surgery. Felt so good the following day that I went into my office...big mistake! My drain hole started weeping, and it didn't stop. Pain went off the charts. My scrotum swelled to grapefruit size. It literally felt like I was being continually kicked in the balls. I woke the next day with a fever feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. My RN wife diagnosed me with an infection. Back to the surgeon's office. He put me on antibiotics and said that he'd probably removed my drain too quickly. I'd read the horror stories here on the forum, but I experienced a miracle and slowly recovered from the infection. I coated my still-open drain hole with high-potency cannabis salve. It healed. The intense pain lasted 10 days and after that point, it slowly diminished with each passing day. We started cycling on day 28. I say we because early on I was still tender and very timid about handling what we refer to as my "third ball." We tried out my rebuilt penis shortly after and haven't stopped since. I never experienced pain during cycling leading me to believe that the dr was very conservative on his sizing. I lost about 1/2 inch in length and maybe a little in girth with my new flatter circumference. It's definitely been worth the trade-off. This thing is not treated gently, it gets used very frequently and very intensely, and it's performed flawlessly. I remain hopeful to get many more years of service out of it has I'm definitely not looking forward to a revision after my first experience.

That's a great success story brother, and an impressive looking cock.
It's only right that it should get plenty of use. I make sure mine does .
Definitely don't look forward to revision either but, que sera sera.
Only at 17 months but hoping to be in the 10 year plus club.
