It occurs to me that many new club members finally have a nice hard penis to use to give and receive pleasure. One thing I haven't seen discussed is the need for the rest of your body to be ready. What good is a super hard penis if you have no stamina?
Do some cardio and some situps to maximize you and your partner's pleasure

Also I take coq10 for cholesterol medicine. I have been fortunate to get lots of sensation back. Perhaps there is a link (not discussed by my doc- do your own research but seems low risk) see article

Interesting. I take a statin as a preventative measure as well but haven't heard about CoQ10 having this property. Will have to read up on it!
