I’m in my 20th just implanted with coloplast this week I can feel the tip of the right cylinder under the glans it’s very obvious and sharp and pointed even without touching how can i find any girl my age will accept that i feel like the oral sex will be horrible and what if i hooked up with a girl and don’t want to let her know i feel my sexual life ends all i earn is length and girth loss and reversion surgery every couple of years

…or 20 years if luck favors you. You never know. Every month I see handful of reports of implants that failed after 20+ years. You or I could be one of them.

And honestly, the younger one is the more revisions can be expected, raising odds one of them will be a “magic” implant lasting 15-20 years.

Oral sex will feel the same. You need to stop catastrophizing, everything is on track and you’re right where you should be in healing and things will only improve. Trust me the Titan will be amazing once you are fully healed up, but it will take 3-9 months.

How much research did you do before surgery? Were you not prepared for any of this?

We all have these apocalytic concerns after getting implanted. If you went to a high volume surgeon then most of these will sort themselves out with time and recovery

Don't worry. When you're with a girl, and you're aroused, the head will fill up. I've had sex with multiple women since I got implanted two years ago, I have yet to tell a single one of them I have an implant. They have no idea.

To me, even the tubing and the pump are so obvious, but even those are unnoticeable to other people.
