Coloplast Titan flaccid - what does it feel like?

Title is mostly self-explanatory. My urologist told me he'd implant me with a Coloplast Titan if it came to that - zero hesitation, like he knew immediately this was the only make and model for me.

I've heard that while the Titan is known for being more rigid, that it's also bulkier while flaccid, and I'm wondering what anyone's experience here is like with it on an every day basis. Do you physically, internally feel the rods inside your penis? Is it painful if you shift around in your seat, or sit a certain way? Do you ever get annoyed at being reminded, while flaccid, that's there's two silicone rods down there?

I'm leaning heavily towards implant treatment for my ED that has lasted over a decade at this point. I'm just trying to weight what it will feel like, and what the comfort/pain level will be when I'm *not* using the implant for sex. Considering most of your life is spent not having sex, I want to make sure that when the Titan is deflated, it's not going to drive me crazy or anything.

It doesn't. It's just part of your body. (After healing)

Sometimes an odd movement or pants too tight can cause small fleeting discomfort but that happened to me before the implant.

I'm now 8 months post-op. The penis is never completely flacid after implant. However, I can say that it hasn't been a problem and the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. I'm not conscious of the cylinders and haven't felt pain moving around in a seat. I've just completed a holiday in Asia and had great sex with some gorgeous girls. Getting your sex life back is a huge relief. My only regret is not getting an implant sooner.
Other drawbacks? I find it difficult to orgasm during intercourse. Orgasms also take longer to achieve, which can be viewed as a plus!
In the flacid state, I can feel the folds of the cylinder at the base of the penis. I think this is what is called 'dog ears'. In my case. it's not visually obvious

I have a 28cm Titan, the largest made. It’s big flaccid, but that would be true of any implant — implant material doesn’t stretch and shrink like human tissue, so your erect size and flaccid size will be similar…you’ll be a “shower” with any implant.

Some say the Titan looks unnatural when deflated, but that’s not my experience. If I honk down on it during deflation I can get it to look a bit collapsed and flattened, but that takes effort. The normal, comfortable deflated state looks very natural. The implant also softens over time so that at first it looks semi-erect all the time, even deflated, but after six months it looks very normal.

I find the implant very comfortable now, and it just feels like my new normal. There are definitely no complaints about the implant’s performance, appearance, or operation for sex. It’s awesome. I think the Titan gives men dicks that everyone else wishes they had. That may be true for other implants as well, but I know from personal experience that it’s true of the Titan.
