New Implant 9/23, My scrotum is as big as a Grapefruit

I had my Titan "Touch" Implant surgery on 9/23. I'm surprised that my penis and scrotum look absolutely horrible, as I didn't know what to expect. The most bothersome right now is my scrotum, it's extremely swollen, black & blue, and it's as large as a grapefruit. It's very uncomfortable as it's hard walking around, sitting down, and laying down. I've been applying ice as much as possible, but haven't seen any changes yet. I'd like to ask you, if this is normal? How long does it take for the swolleness to go away? I'm 77 years old and I'm not sure if the recovery process will take longer due to my age. Thank you.

I had a recent scrotum fill. To solve it:
I laid down on the bed. Raised the scrotum as much as I could with a rolled up small towel under it to drain the fluid. AND then iced for 30min take it it off for 30min then iced again for 30 min. I did this ALL morning. It went down.

Wow! I feel for you! I’ve been very fortunate and never had hardly any swelling. Try to stay as still as possible and like your doing ice ice and ice some more. I made it a point to get up and move around a little every couple hours so I didn’t get too stiff and sore. My surgeon talks about spending xtra time during surgery to stop all the little bleeders as he goes and it really shows. Had a very good grind use the same Dr and he also had practically zero swelling. Hang in there, I’ve read where many have swelling and some as bad as you. It will go away but will take several days to subside to a point where you feel the difference.

I also did not experience much swelling, which I attribute to rotating ice packs constantly. Days 1-3 were not to bad, but 4-6 were my most painful as the raw heat of the surgery changed to a bruised and battered pain. by day ten, I turned a corner pain-wise and was able to get around pretty well.
