I don't have an implant yet but it's looking like my ED could be somewhat psychological since my Doppler was all clear.
I'm always interested in hearing from guys who've gone ahead anyway

43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

I thought the same. Had prior doppler that was normal. Progressed from daily cialis to maxing out cialis and stacking viagra with it. Eventually found doppler with venous leak. Then needed trimix, which lasted for a year before i got internal scarring. No regrets on ipp. Loving mine. Im 42
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

I'm pretty sure I'm still moving forward with getting an implant even though my Doppler was all good.
I don't want to hijack OP's thread but the treatment is the same regardless of the reason, even for psychological ED. I've been taking pills for 20 years she recently have tried injections. The injections work but there's a bunch of reasons why I don't really want to continue with them

I was on pills since my late 20s. So similar story as yours. Very close in age group too. And yes, hated injections. Also developed scarring internally good thing it didnt translate externally yet. Hakky said i did good deciding on getting the ipp. Didnt shorten and got fully sized. Love my rigicon
