Titan Journal: Day 5

I just realized I might have miscounted my days; surgery was Tuesday which I guess was day 0. So what?

I just took my first shower!!! God I feel better and smell better!!! Hubs unwrapped the binding from the doctor (we video'd it so we could repeat the pattern) and once I was cleaned up he gently re-wrapped me. Like a baby in swaddling clothes. My scrotum has reduced by at least 1/3, maybe 1/2, since yesterday! Still heavily bruised but the fluids are being pushed out and my body is absorbing and processing them, which makes me have to pee a lot. I found the pump, it's in a great location low down in my sack, but still can't get to it well enough to tug it further or try to cycle Tuesday (might be fine by then.) My balls are gonna need some serious TLC and a spa day once this is over! Bruising is beginning to change color, which is a sign of progress to me. I wore a support jock strap yesterday when going to see the doc, and where the elastic strap ran across my hip the blood followed and bruised way up my side.

Here's something I never thought I'd say: I'm kinda tired of having a hard on, even if it's just a semi! And unless I'm OK'd for cycling Tuesday, I have to stay at 30% for another week at least...

Thanks my friend! I know he will. Getting better every minute. The swelling is way down this morning, and the bruises are changing color so that's headed in the right direction too. Soon!
