a Minor detail before you pump

Just thought I'd pass along a trial by error tip on pumping your new toy that I haven't read yet here on FT. Here it is:

Keep Your Finger Nails trim!!! (Especially the thumbs)

I had the pump ball slip out of my grip when squeezing very hard to get to max and my thumb nail sliced a nice cut in my scrotum which bled for only a minute or two but who needs that"!

Any cut is a possible entry for bacteria too so we have to be careful for that reason too..
