Congrats! ... keep pumping daily. At first pump until you feel a slight discomfort ... wait a while then add a pump or two, and repeat as needed. If the glans (head) feels cold to the touch ... use a rice sock folded over your penis to warm things up ... then continue pumping. Pump it up just before you get in the shower ... the warm water will keep the glands from getting cold ... enjoy.
