Is what you see, what you get???

i feel what to expect after implant is on most of our minds of those who are about to venture into the implant world for whatevery the reason. Myself it is just an ED issue complicated by some PE and the reversal ejactulation from TURP...other than that nothing near as serious as many of you. I have a Pos-T-Vac pump and it feel great to use it and what I see is inspiring. Even flacid at immediate removal of tube looks so much better than normal. Is there a true comparison of VED pump state versus implant pumped up? I realize in my case I am pumping some body fat from pubic area as I am 68, although not very "over weight" (6'/185) there is that tissue from, if no other reason, age. I have read of just stretching out penis and visualizine that as length, but I believe VED gets me more, at least looks better all pumped up. Also when stretching out shaft certainly narrows a bunch so not visually "exciting". What is honest expectation, or perhaps it is all a guess. I am finding the suspense in waiting on 12/9 with Dr Morey rather exciting.
Thanks for replies in advance.

billylee,
Most URO's will use the "Flaccid Stretch Test" ...
The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

No you can not compare your size from VED to an Implant ... the above is more accurate. You should continue (VED) pumping daily as this will help with the "stretch" when you are measured during surgery ... don't be so fixated on "size" and more on being able to preform again ... (each and every time!) ED will be a thing of the past.

I certainly agree that in most cases, size should not be the issue. I do hope for some girth as that stretched out look seems a little narrow. Bottom line is hard and there without failure. B
