It has been 9 weeks since the Ams 700 LGX was installed It is working good and my pain is minimal. I have 2 issues. I seem to always have a slight erection and
it is very difficult for me to reach orgasm. When I do it is nothing like it used to be before my prostate removal 2 years and 9 months ago.
When I do reach orgasm It usually takes over 30 minutes. I appreciate any comments or suggestions

As for the slight erection ... after deflating as usual, wait a few then squeeze the penis shaft and hit the deflate button again. You should feel any remaining fluid returning to the reservoir ... there are several guys here that report the same issue.

As for your climax not being the same ... it's not really due to the Implant. You do get a different "feeling" when your prostrate is removed. Some guys report this is less intense ... some report it is more, but definitely different.

The "difficulty" can sometimes be caused by the glans not engorging as much as before (Implant) ... the tips of the Implant will displace some of the blood as you pump up. Many guys with "venous leak" (myself included) have this problem ... not much you can do about that.

Myself I use a restriction ring to maintain the "swell" ... you can see the results here (bottom of the page)
