New to the implant world

Ok, let's c]ut to the chase answers. I have had years of frustration with ED and nothing has worked. Wife became content with no sex due to inability to maintain erection, unwilligness to do oral foreplay to stimulate, then she had health issues, so for years there has been nothing. There has been masturbation ocassionally but that too was frustrating. So after years of this, in September 2013 I had implant so I could have sex with wife and at least please her on occassion.

Ok, here are issues concern:

1. I am overweight. Had somewhat of a hidden penis. Expected erection to point out, but points down. If I lose belly fat will that get better?

2. Have had intercourse 3 times over 2 weeks activation and brought wife to climax each time. :P However, I have not climaxed. I am pleased to please her, but wonder if I will achieve. Most is probably to big belly and not "regular" positioning to please her.

3. With porn stimulation, have achieved climax with masturbation. Not tried self stimulation without porn and wondering if I can achieve climax without. Feel way guilty to use porn.

4. Seems like it gets larger/harder each time I pump up. Doctor told to pump up daily and i do, but there is the desire to do something to satisfy thzt urge comes each time and my wife's

Doug,
Several guys have posted here that they had difficulty reaching climax when first starting to use the implant but that problem went away after some further healing. You are surely still in the healing phase so blood flow might improve with time and help that problem. I had asked my doc about it when I had the surgery and he said in some cases he has suggested guys use viagra or one of the other pills to help that problem. I did not have the problem so never did myself.

I do have some "hinge effect" with my implant. By that I mean that it is very stiff but where it points can be moved over about 45 degrees. Unlike when I was in my 20's and it pointed straight out. So for successful sex I need for either myself or my wife to use a helping hand to point it to the target. Once it gets pointed it goes right in with the help of some lubrication.

Regarding the belly problem, I am not a doc but from what I have read belly fat is a significant contributor to heart attacks. So reducing that may help your sex life and also help you to live longer to enjoy your new capability.

Best wishes,
Dave

Thanks. Think it is getting better each pump and we use the helping hand action LOL. I have finally had the full orgasm (self induced) and it was full so I think it will work fine with full healing
