Hey Guys -
Amazing info on this site, and so much thoughtful input. Keep up the great work!

I'm pretty sure now that I'm headed to an implant. But from everything I've read on this site, it's really important to get a top doc, someone who does these things A LOT. But finding how who the best docs, the "frequent implanters", are in my area, has been really tough. Any suggestions on some docs to consider in California, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area, would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
59 year old gay male, partnered 32 years. Great health, but increasing ED for the last ten years. Injections no longer working, prob headed for an implant.

Edward Karpman in Mountain View, CA (Bay Area) did mine. I'm very happy with it and he's super gay-friendly. Supposedly he does the most implants in the western U.S.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.

I recommend Dr Karpman as well. He did my implant and I'm very happy with the results.
