What to do after surgery

Postby wolfimplant » Thu Dec 19, 2013 8:32 pm

I am not trying to show off in any way here, but the way my doctor advised me should be most helpful to those considering or having had implant surgery most recently.

Lets make it brief:
A) You rest at home for a week mainly sleeping, some walking around, ice bags "down south" plenty times each day, and I mean plenty like 10 times as I did.
B) You need that scrotum supporter 24/7, but wear it OVER YOUR UNDERWEAR for better comfort, as that member is sensitive.
C) You take your antibiotics exactly on the hour your doctor prescribed, no alcohol and also no dairy products (milk in coffee) shorter than one hour after taking the antibiotics. There is a reason !!!

If you do just that as I did:
A) Minor swelling
B) Zero Pain anywhere even after surgery in the hospital, never a need for strong medication that I had picked up at the pharmacy for no reason. Just a little Tylenol here and there to comfort that minor matter.
C) Doc checked exactly one week after surgery: the result of the above was:
E) Sutures were healed 90%
D) No major swelling anywhere, no bruising color anywhere

Doctors order after only one week past surgery:
A) Pump it up as said by AMS instructions immediately all the way twice a day for at least 10 minutes erect.( you get a package from AMS with a DVD as to the "how" and what not to do !! ).
B) He said: You can not pump too much, there is no danger !!!

I did just that and believe me:
A) No pain to do so
B) Huge erection like none before by nature

Today I had an appointment at the Dentist for teeth cleaning, set up a long time ago.
The hygienist said: any changes in your medical history ?
I said, well yes, the surgery I mentioned without detailing.

They called the doc:
OK GYES !!!!!!!! The doc called back and said NO!!! Not for another 3 months.

The reason being that cleaning teethes causes quite a bit of minor bleeding, and here is the danger;
YOU DO NOT WANT THAT RISK OF INFECTION.

I surely hope this is of major help to this wonderful community.
My doc almost "let me use my member down south" even after just a week, - but he sees me in 2 weeks, a total of only 3 weeks past surgery and thinks
all could be ready for a new chapter in life.

Moral of the story is this:
DO NOT WORK FOR ABOUT A WEEK, just rest, sleep, eat well.

Great info! Is it too early to know whether you have gained or lost size or sensitivity, or know if the head inflates when you pump it up?

Im an Indianapolis native now living near Myrtle Beach, SC - got a great lead for Duke if I ever choose to go with an implant and certainly now where you went if I'm ever back in the Midwest on a visit - glad its working out so far.

Dear wolfpacker,

no it is not too early to know about my size.
I am inclined to say I did not loose anything, instead may be gained more.
Need to ask doctor Jan 31. about my flaccid size; it is more erect than ever before, may be he gave a "bonus" in saline liquid reservoir quantity.

It is surely impressive for the locker room at the YMCA !!! :o
I think he planned it that way so the AMS LGX will grow over time in girth and length !!!!
It is impressive already when I pump it up to maximum capacity.
My head is nice and full !
Can't be more happy, and so is my wife watching my practice sessions on occasion.
Doc also called today and let me re-insert my Price Albert Piercing, the extra bonus while in action.
She loves it when it occasionally worked "down south".

Frankly admitted;the implant size in my case is better than nature ever provided before, and "man", it is superbly hard as a rock !

That is very interesting my doctor left my Titian 30% for six weeks. No pumping until I see him Jan 21.
This doctor does 125-150 of these a year at Duke Hospital in NC, wonder why the difference? IS the AMS that different?
