Variations in girth along length of shaft

I've no option other than the AMS (either LGX or CX) but I'm wondering if the implant has the ability to adjust to variations in girth along the length of the shaft. Say if your 5.25-5.5 just behind the head and then have a base girth of 6.5-6.75 will the implant adjust to expand according to the variations in a persons natural girth or will it just be one given girth along the whole shaft? Just wondering...

the implant tries to expand with a uni-caliber girth if your tunica will limit it at some place u will get that "effect"

soul, Thanks for the reply but, I'm not quite sure as to what your actually saying. Do you mean it will expand to what ever girth(within design limits), only limited by the tunica; fatter where the tunica is wider and thinner where limited by the the tunica, or are you saying that no matter what it will only expand as far as the narrowest portion of the tunica will allow? Meaning that the portion that was fatter/thicker will now be only as thick as the narrowest portion of the shaft...???

no,what im saying is that if u have a portion thats not as wide for example if your base is wider than the tip u will get the same thing
with an implant, over time the implant might expand the thinner portion i guess
from what ive read the implant almost never expands to its full girth capacity because the tunica limits it

Isn't the use of the VED in weeks/months before surgery to possibly stretch the limits of tunica? Whether this is or is not accomplished I do not know. My surgeon did not comment much on this theory when asked, but then he did not argue it. I plan to bring up the subject again Monday.

I'm not sure but I don't think the AMS will get you to that girth, I think you'll need the Titan. I could be wrong of course (my wife seems to think so :-().

I have a Titian Coloplast and although i have gained about 30% girth it appears uniformed all the way to the glans. The implants feel just like buldging veins when i was in my 20s,i don't a woman can tell the difference if they do not know. Best of luck to you!

Just saw my surgeon, got approved for implantation on 2.3.14 and got a few questions answered. He said that where I was naturally thicker the implant would expand to a larger girth helping to keep more of my natural shaft shape. Thanks everyone for your input, be good...
