Hi! I read your other posts were you said that your size is 9x6" . It is recommended to install the AMS CX or Titan Coloplast in large penises, specially the Titan with the XL new models that will provide you the best rigidity. Why are you installing the lgx?

Street Bully,
I have some serious doubts ... first AMS doesn't even make a cylinder size that big. The biggest cylinders they have is 21 cm and even with the maximum of 6 cm RTE's (rear tip extenders) that still is not enough to accommodate a true 9" erection. Generally speaking you have 2/3 external and 1/3 internal, so in your case about 12" total ...
21 cm + 6 cm = 27 cm = 10.6" ... so it looks like you are coming up short. In theory 10.6" total would give you about 7" external.
The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant. Do you really still get 9" from the Flaccid Stretch Test? ... if you do you had better go with a Titan as they have larger (length) cylinders (up to 28 cm) plus the RTE's (up to 6 cm)
Remember that if you have a curve now as you stated ... this will affect your "stretch", since scar tissue doesn't give/stretch.

Is there someone I can call and talk to tonight out there about this? Now I'm really starting to panic about this. It's less then 3 weeks away.

Street Bully,
I would recommend that you call Coloplast Corporation in Minneapolis (info on
www.straighttalk.net) and ask to speak to a
Patient Educator re the Coloplast Titan OTR Penile Implant.
To my knowledge, this is universally recommended by Urological Implant Surgeons for men with an erect penis of
7 inches or more and for men with Peyronies Disease (Curvature of the penis).
The reason for this is that the Titan is made of a sturdier material of construction (Bioflex).
Personally, I was implanted with the Titan in December 2007 and have been enjoying it ever since.
Also, I'm sure that Coloplast can give you a list of highly skilled Titan Implant Surgeons in your area.
Hope this is helpful.
Best Wishes,
Bob
PS: Please feel free to PM me anytime.

Several men who have posted in these forums stated they received 24cm AMS CX's, though they are apparently a special order. I have also read of some stating that the LGX can be ordered as a 24cm size, again as a special order, but I'm not aware of anyone who got one.

You donĀ“t have to panic, because you can change your decision. I will tell you again: The problem with Huge penises is that it is more difficult that the implant achieve the ideal rigidity. In those cases the CX and the TITAN give the best results. As you can see im not trying to sell AMS or Coloplast. Study your options. i will give you to read some studies that focus on the relationship between rigidity and patience satisfaction.
