I suspicion to often have trouble with PMs getting to recipient, inbox works but outbox is iffy. Curious if you both have received PM from me in last few weeks with answer to your question? I did want you both to know that I did reply with answer to your questions. E-address was probably also given if you have more questions I might answer.
