I'm curious from those on the board that actually have an implant.Do the two cylinders you have implanted extend up into the head of your penis, say a cm or two or do they stop right at the head??

Rentguy,
I had a Titan implanted on June 11th, and I can feel the tips of the cylinder when I press on the underside of my head. I estimate they are about one centimeter into my glans.

The same with AMS 700 LGX, cylinder extends into head.
I think my head is a tad wider than it was pre-op as a result

rentguy,
I also had an AMS 700MS LGX implanted on August 6, 2013. The cylinder tips extend about half way into the glans. It takes a skilled, well practiced surgeon to place the cylinders correctly. Too far into the glans and intercourse would be pretty painful as the tips push against the tip of your glans and in extreme cases, protrude through the tissue. Not far enough and your penis head (glans) would become floppy and bend during intercourse. I can feel the tips when I touch the underside of my glans when flaccid but when inflated, it is somewhat harder to feel the cylinder tips.

How much does the Ams Lgx lengthen. Is it substantial like a half inch or an inch. Or do you get more than that in length. I havent heard anybody on this forum really say how much they have really gained. Is girth better or not as good. I really dont know what to expect from the surgery. Thanks any info is appreciated.

The cylinder tips shall be positioned in the longitudinal middle of the glans right under the border between corpora and glans tissue. So 1 - 1,5 cm distance up to the very distal end of your glans. There shaun't be any pressure onto the glans border when inflating. The glans shall not bulge on inflation. When it's placed too far in front, it might hurt you and the glans might bulge. This should be enough reason for correction, since the risk of protrusion is augmented.

Thanks Olivero66 for the fast response. Now ive got an idea of what to expect. Hopefully I will get the 1.5 centimeters. That the Lgx represents.
