Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the LGX & CX?

HI 2451cs Im not sure which is better im getting the lgx because it lengthens as well as girth also. I think the cx is just girth. Hope that helps.

Bigtime I read the same ...this has a good comparison..and other stuff on life expectantly...My doctor is implanting LGX because I have peyronie's..

Located in Toronto, Ontario and hopefully going to see Dr. Brock for a consultation sometime in the summer as their is a 8 month waiting list. Is their a reason he used the CX on you rather than the LGX? Any other info related to Dr. Brock would be appreciated.

The major difference is indeed the LGX expands in time in both girth and length, where as the CX only expands in length.
Due to a hot bed of scar tissue in my shaft, my doc spent 5 hours installing a CX. There was just so much scar tissue and hardly any stretch left in the penis to make any real use of the LGX, it just wasn't to go to extend in length.
While I'm not thrilled about it, a rock hard erection beats no erection at all. And while not the erect length I once had before all the scarring, I do find the CX does get a wee bit of length to it when pumped up.

From what I understand it's just as was mentioned earlier: The LGX expands in length and girth while the CX only expands in girth. My uro put a CX in me last week (Dec 22). When I asked why he said the LGX wasn't a good choice for men with large penises.
You might think being well hung is a blessing but trust me, it's not always so...

My uro told me the same thing. I am having the procedure done on Jan 28 and he is putting in an AMS CX. When I asked why the CX and not the LGX, he said that with a large penis the CX is better because it will guarantee rock hard axial rigidity throughout the shaft. According to him, the LGX sacrifices rigidity for its lengthening capability. Likewise, when I asked why the CX and not the Coloplast since Titans seem to be the preferred device for the larger penis, he said that while they are all good, he believed the AMS product felt more natural when flaccid. Btw, hi everybody! Although this is my first post, I have been lurking for quite some time and I must say this forum has been my "go to" source for research. Your detailed accounts of your experiences with your implants have given me the courage to go through with this. Thanks to you all for your willingness to share.
