Once you get an implant, can you still play with a vacuum pump?
Thanks,
Bob

Most people in here and most eurologist too, say not too pump with a Vacuum erection device (VED), BUT they are wrong! When you pump with a VED it pulls blood in to the penis BUT IT DOES NOT PULL ON THE IMPLANT. I got my implant on Oct. 21,2011 That's almost 3 years now. I pump at least 3 times a week with a VED to get blood in the glands, and I use a cock ring to keep it full for sex. There is one side effect though, I was 6 1/2 inches long just after surgery. Now it is a full 8 inches long. My wife said it's too long now. I have to wear a collar on it now so I don't go too deep. I have the LGX 700.

Very interesting post piano man! I wonder if there's anyone else out there who pumped a vacuum after getting implanted and noticed big gains like you?

I do remember someone else posting about pumping with a VED to increase sensitivity in the penis Glands. I had problems with lack of sensitivity. So I started slowly, just a little at a time, also using a cock ring to hold the blood in the penis. FYI it does help.It is common knowledge that VED pumping the penis does give tempory gains. But with an implant pumped to the max, it will hold the gains as long as the implant is pumped. Then pumping regularly you can reach the max. The info on the LGX 700 says you could gain up to 20% in length. so I tried it and it worked for me. I suppose if I stoped pumping with the VED my penis would shrink back to it's normal size.

Bob,
I too VED several times a week (after Implant) along with a penis ring around the bottom of the shaft it creates a better "swell" in the glans. Both in the head and underside (which tends to look flat) ... I have posted several images of the differences ... (bottom of the page)
