Penile implant operation and penis enlargement .

Postby esperanza » Tue Dec 02, 2014 5:27 pm

Hi, I'm Spanish and I don´t speak English , so I used a translator to translate this text , sorry if there are any misspelling or something not well understood .

I've been reading several threads in this forum and I see that most people have lost some penis length after the penile implant operation. In my case I 'm pretty young , because I have 24 years and the problem is that I have a small penis and I have always been unhappy about this. I could never psychologically overcome a loss of length , although only a 1 cm. I 'd end up killing myself .

For this reason I ask if anyone knows anything about making both the operation of prosthetic penis and penis enlargement .
From what I 've read , the main risk of the operation of penis enlargement is erectile dysfunction , but this problem would be solved with penile implant .

What do you think about this? Would I still losing length although I make both operations ?

Seems to me that penile enlargement surgery would be much more risky than an implant, even if it resulted in loss of a centimeter, which is barely perceptible. I, and lots of others here, have had implant surgery with no loss of length at all. I recommend a consultation with the best and most experienced implant surgeon you can find, even if it involves traveling. Such a doctor would be able to give you a good assessment of the likelihood of loss of length, and the advisability of pursuing enlargement surgery. Especially because you are so young and have so many years ahead of you, this is not something you want to entrust to an inexperienced doctor.

From a WebMD article( http://www.webmd.com/men/guide/penis-en ... ork?page=4):
"So consider: A quest for a bigger penis could leave you with a lumpy, bruised, discolored, thickened, painful, dysfunctional member. (Not to mention a drained bank account.) Does risking the inches you have for the hope of an extra half inch make sense?"

Thank you very much for answering

ED2013 The length of my penis does not exceed 7 inches.

I mean surgery section of the suspensory ligament in which only the length is increased. As I read this surgery doesnt have many complications if done correctly. The most frequent risks of this surgery are erectile dysfunction and angle of erection is lost , but this could be solved with penile implant .
Another surgery that there is thickening of the penis in which the risks appear more evident and more closely match those you mentioned .

Actually I still dont need the operation of penile implant . For two years I see that my penis is gradually losing erection but can still manage to have satisfactoias erections for masturbation because it is the only sexual practice that I submit . I've never had a girlfriend and really know if I can practice penetration. Some time ago I became medical tests and if I have a major arterial problem with what I probably need an implant soon.
Although second thought would be silly to have an operation penile implant without girlfriend. If my 24 years I have never had a girlfriend may well never have.

Regarding the choice of surgeon in Spain I think few penile implants are performed. On the internet I have not found any Spanish forum that deals with this topic . If I perform this operation would be with a surgeon that he made many such operations in a short time , although I have to travel to the other side of the world .

At the moment I 'm not obsessed with this issue and I will allow some time to see how things are emerging .

Your size is not small. Over 6 is above average. Forget about having surgery to enlarge it. You're fine.

+1 Absolutely, Ed. From esperanza's original post I thought he was dealing with length far smaller than average, but if he's talking about the high end of the 7 inch range then he's likely at least average or above average. Whatever the case, the possibility of a bad outcome from enlargement surgery, which does not have a good track record from what I can determine, is certainly not worth risking, especially with a penis that is of normal size to begin with.
