Day8 post op by stkman

stkman here,
Been down and out with a cold last two days. This has thrown me for a loop but the cold is breaking and I'm up to conversing with my Brothers.

Ok, I am now totally off of Percocet, Just could not take the "bloated" feeling. I'm now taking Motrin 800mg and I only take that rarely. Also the jock strap had to go. The strap where the pump is would nefariously press against it, causing quite a bit of discomfort :( . So I am wearing compression shorts to keep everybody in line. :D

So I've gotten a little adventurous and have felt around the pump. It sits up front and is hard as a rock. I haven't found the release valve yet and I don't return to the Dr until 12/29. So I will take time and try to locate it before then.

I'd like to thank Zac White for positive comments on just about every post I've come across. As far as I'm concerned he is the Mayor of Franktalk!!!

Also to our veteran Franktalkers who have recieved/or are comtemplating recieving an implant, more power to you. Male sexuality doesn't seem to wane with age. It's just that our equipment does ;)

Sorry to hear about the cold. Any slight temperature increase freaked me out the first week. Can't imagine how nervous I would have been had I got a cold, and the resulting worry of infection. Glad you got through that though!

Seriously on the Jock Strap!! One of the straps had been cutting into my derrière!! Was SOO glad when I took that thing off, and switched to boxer briefs.

The pump is definitely HARD!! The third of the three amigos definitely makes its presence known, just wait until it knocks into one of the other amigos or slams down onto the urethra!! Lol!! Shockingly, after a few days it's not really that bad. The body has amazing regenerative powers and is incredibly adaptable!! Still, the field hockey with the nuts is not fun at first ;)

Are you able to take a bath yet? If so, it helps TREMENDOUSLY!! If you can't just just heat, like a rice so or the like. Softens the tissue up and makes the pump and valves and piping easier to feel and manipulate. I can do it without now, but that's nearly two weeks of manipulation, and it is still three times easier in the tub or with heat.

Glad you are off the Percocet. Save one or two for when you start cycling to the max. It definitely smarts the first few times, but it's also fun knowing it's stretching the cock out with the LGX!!!

So glad you are doing well!!! In no time this will just be something you went through to become superhuman. Well worth the minor annoyances in my opinion!!!

Glad you back. I wondered what happened. Glad your cold is over and your doing well. Has the swelling in your "man parts" gone yet? Mine are still quite swollen. One of my testicles hurts like the dickens. Not sure what to make of that. Anyway, best of luck. I am right behind you progress wise.

stkman here,
to the hebrewhammer (name is so cool 8-) ) and shopman,
thanks for the well wishes. Cold still lingering but at least I am able to function again. I've been checking myself daily to ensure there is no puss or seepage, so far so good.

Shopman, as far as the swelling goes, I never had too much if any at all. I've seen posts where Brothers complained of being "black and blue". Maybe me being Black doesn't allow me much in the way of discoloration. It would be the "blue" that would worry the hell out of me ;) . So far, nada. Are you "icing up. That really helped with tenderness. I'm going back to the heating ritual I started, to loosen the "bully" up.

I am watching you watching me watching you. Lets push to that finish line. Take care Brother! 8-)

 And I watching you watching me etc. I am paranoid myself about the infection thing. I too watch for the signs. I even take my temp once in awhile. My swelling has gone down considerably. I have switched from ice to hot baths. This morning I was able to positively identify the pump and the bulb for inflation. I was not able to locate positively the button to release it. My Dr. appointment is not until mid January which I guess is about right. I would like to get to the point where I have given it a couple of pumps. But we shall see. I am still a bit tender down there.

stkman here,
still have that lingering effects of a cold. It's in the household, so its circulating. I'm just about on the other side though.

Gone exclusively to heat and boy does that feel great. I am now able to feel tubing and the pump easier than before. (I feel like C3PO, from Star Wars :D ). I have yet to locate the release valve.

Walking around for two weeks with an erection is a two fold experience. You feel powerful on one hand and awkward the next. Bending down for me takes a "hands on" approach, manipulating Mr. Johnson. If I don't , I poke myself in the navel. But when I do this in public I have to be careful not to look like a "perv" ;) .

I have noticed that the skin around the penis is becoming looser as I stay erect. I imagine that this will allow for the lgx part of the implant to do its part. At 8 pumps (as told by DR.) I'm 2 inches from being away from my normal size. So in my brain, at 100%, I am back to full staff (pun). Wife has been checking me out and when I told her that I should regain 2 inches and maybe more. She had that look of someone on the rollercoaster ride, going up that steep hill before the first great plunge. You know, fear and excitemment.

So once again, next week (12/29) I see the DR to learn how to inflate/deflate. Hoping that heat will loosen things up even more so I can find release valve.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful time through the holiday season. Take time to enjoy your loved ones. :D
