My local Uro recommended him, he said he was a great repair man...

He has an impressive website:

http://www.garber-online.com/index.htm

According to his website he accepts a host of health insurance plans.

He's been licensed to practice medicine since 1981. I looked him up by his license as a physician in the state of PA. No disciplinary actions have ever been taken against him.

Dr. Garber did my implant on 12/18/14. His work was perfect, my recovery went well.

He is extremely good at what he does, has done over 2K of these procedures. I'd highly recommend him.

His bedside manner can be a bit clinical, but his results and skill are top notch.

I get activated in 7 days!!!! Woohoo!

Dr. Garber implanted me with a Coloplast Titan in August of 2010. I had a prostatectomy January 2008 and although nerves were spared function never returned. I was doing ok with the shots but after a couple of years they stopped working reliably and I was developing a slight curvature. The implant surgery wasn't bad and first week was rather painful but recovery was overall uneventful. It took a good 6 months to be completly pain free during intercourse but since then it has been and continues to be fantastic. I can be ready in 10 seconds and go as long as my wife and I want. Orgasms are sometimes mind blowing but it does take me longer to get there. There is a sloght loss of length and sensitivity but overall i cant complain. Dr Garber is big on the Titan and feels it is more durable than the AMS in the long run. He is a wonderful surgeon and a real artist. He is very proud of his work - he should be. He is soft spoken and not much of a conversationalist but I'll take quiet expertise and precision over boasting anytime.

I forgot to say that the loss in length and sensitivity i had before the implant surgery due to the prostatectomy - i believe.

Dr. Garber did my implant in March 2014 & I'm very happy with the results. He's an excellent surgeon. He's not much of a conversationalist, as was stated earlier, he can be pretty clinical, however, he did answer all the questions I asked.

I think I did experience a loss in length but it's hard to say for sure because I couldn't obtain a firm erection prior to the operation. Now I still have plenty of length & I can get & maintain a nice firm erection anytime I want.

I am a Patient Educator for Coloplast Corporation and had the opportunity to meet and speak with Dr. Carber while giving ED Seminars at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia.
I also spoke with a number of Dr. Garber's Coloplast Titan penile implant patients and they all had high praise for both his surgical skills and his genuine concern for his patients.
They all felt fortunate to have had him as their Implant Surgeon.
Dr. Garber has also received Awards from Coloplast for his innovative work in the area of Penile Implants.
I hope this information is helpful.
