Measuring, Length and Girth Consideration

Hello all,
I made this point in a forum the other day and since then, I received a couple of PM's about it. A huge majority of members of Frank Talk in the Implant forum spend a significant amount of time talking about length and girth as it relates to surgery. Most are worried about the loss of both if then get an implant. There are two major considerations here:
First: For those having a preceding surgery such as a radical pros., the loss of length and girth can or may be attributed to this procedure. So when the IPP procedure follows, there is a marked difference before and after. My point here is that the patient who just has an IPP will most likely have a different result vs. someone who has another procedure too. So when one is considering an implant, make sure to ask the appropriate questions to a Frank Talker who dealt with the same factors you are.
Second: When guys measure their penis prior to suffering from ED, the measuring will take place with the penis erect and engorged. Blood made its way naturally to the penis because you were excited. When guys measure with an IPP, the guy will pump up the device and take the measurement. Doing it this way will most certainly result in the apparent loss in length AND girth. When you measure with an IPP, do so when aroused or first thing in the morning. The engorgement that naturally occurs will give you an apples to apples comparison (pre IPP vs. post IPP). This direction came directly from my doctor and he was right on. In the end, I am about 1/2 longer post surgery and a little thicker.
Hope this is informative for anyone considering an implant.
