Ventral Phalloplasty

I've read of a couple of guys here who have had this procedure along with the implant surgery, and I have a couple of questions. Is this something that most surgeons would do if requested? I feel that it may be beneficial to me, as I was circumcised at birth, and the scrotal web is quite evident upon erection. It has always been annoying, but never knew anything could be done about it until a few years ago. Now that I have to have an implant, it seems to me it would be convenient to have it done at the same time. Any thoughts on this?
