I am in Kissimmee, and Dr. Paul Perito did mine about 8 months ago. Believe he is one of the best. His office is in Coral Gables, Fl. (close to Miami). If you need additional info, let me know. will be glad to help you.

truckee, Are you having any issues with your implant? I've seen in other threads that you had already been activated..

I have a few concerns and I'm thinking partly my fault. When I approached my Doctor about an implant and he said he could do it, it was the answer I had dreamed about for years and I charged ahead without questions. He didn't tell me and I didn't know I had any options. One visit for him to say he could do it and the next time I saw him was in the hospital. I came away with a Titan OTR. I didn't know about this Forum until I was recovering at home and doing research on the Titan, the name was on a card given to me before I left the hospital. Since my wife and I are 24hr.a day caregivers for her mother (dementia, diabetes, kidney failure) and helping my son with his 3 kids. I sometimes don't think about the information that's available on the internet.
My concerns are as follows
When I'm completely deflated it feels like the cylinders are stacked instead of side by side like they are when inflated.
I have a bulge in my abdomen on the right side under the incision which stands out about 3/4 of an inch. I'm wondering if this could be the reservoir and if its that close to the surface won't I be banging on it during sex? Is it safe?
Did the doctor have any obligation to inform me of options? I end up with a four inch member with little hope of increasing in size like I might have, had I been informed about other products.

truckee48, I am pre-implant and very happy to have found this forum. I have only seen the Urologist that is performing my surgery once as well, but that hasn't stopped me from bombarding his staff with multiple questions. What would you say your length was prior to implant? Maybe leaving the implant at 5% or 10% would help?

My length was already down due to lengthy ED and no cycling. Can't blame that on anyone. Would like to have known there was possibility of recovering some.
