For those of you that have been implanted and have resumed your daily activities, are there any issues or concerns when doing a physical work out? Maybe avoid running or squats?

None for me. After the appropriate rest I eased back into my normal work and workout routine bit by bit.

I was back to the gym two weeks after implant. Very mild to start and no abdominal engagement, biking is a no-no so I used the elliptical without issue. Six weeks post op back to a normal gym workout. I'm just starting to bike once again but difficult with the new plumbing in my sac. Good luck
