Floppy head syndrome and condoms

Hello All
After 7 weeks I was "activated" on Thursday and given the green light to go, go, go like a rabbit!
My doctor mentioned that the erection looked fine, but I did seem to have a lack of blood flow to the the head of the penis (floppy head syndrome) and the implant wouldn't correct this. He said it would be fine for masturbation but may be a problem for penetration. In essence, he hinted that the head may "fold back" as I thrust forward.
If I found it a problem he could easily solve it by putting a couple of stitches at the bottom of the head of the penis which would stop it folding back on itself.
So....some questions;
Has anyone tried the stitches option and how effective was it?
Would wearing a condom help with the problem? Would it give some structure to the head?
My doctor implied that the lack of blood flow to the head wouldn't improve. Has anyone experienced otherwise?
Thank you in advance, guys.

I still haven't gotten my implant yet and this is basically my only concern at the moment so I would also like to hear other guys who have the implant talk about this.
Just to be clear though, I haven't gotten the yet because I'll be paying out of pocket most likely and I still don't have enough to get it done.

Floppy head syndrome is caused by an implant that is too short. With a proper sized implant, you should have no trouble whatsoever with penetration regardless of lack of blood flow to the glans.

I had floppy head problems after my first implant so the doctor went back in to correct it. But it wasn't a matter of simply putting in longer cylinders. Actually, as I wrote back in this message...
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1040&p=7260&hilit=floppy+head#p6627[I]t's not that the cylinders are too short per se. Rather, they can't push into my glans. He'll do what's called corporoplasty to literally hollow out my glans somewhat so the cylinders will reach into the head.
The stitches thing just doesn't sound right to me. I recommend getting a second opinion from one of the top implanters.

Thank you gents for your replies. It's good to hear a variety of opinions and experiences.
Unfortunately I am based in the UK and my op was done on the NHS. There wasn't an option to pick my surgeon - it was a case of being grateful for being offered the op. Many are not so lucky.
It's early days at the moment - i haven't actually had a chance to try it out "in the field" so to speak. Bad timing for my wife (and me
). I will keep inflating and reinflating daily and up my fitness levels a bit via some jogging and see if I can improve my general circulation etc.
I will be seeing my surgeon/doctor in 3 months time, so it will be a good time to reassess things.
However, I'm curious if anyone has had the stitches option tho - anyone??

I have never heard of floppy head being anything more than an improperly sized implant, but I guess I could be wrong. Second opinion time.

I have read about correction of floppy head syndrome (or SST deformity) being corrected by suturing. I remember seeing a photo of the procedure, but cannot find it to link to this thread. I think, however, that the purpose is to put the glans in a fixed position, and not necessarily moving it into a position where the cylinders are situated within the glans. Still, it sounds like under sizing on cylinder length.

I had an implant about a year ago but have not experienced floppy head syndrome. I have seen on this site several guys mention that they took Viagra to improve the blood flow to the glans & it fixed the problem.
