Surgery Measurment

Hello everyone, thanks for all the knowledge and encouragement. This site has been a blessing for men who suffer in silence with Ed. I'm 33 years old and due to be implanted in 3 weeks. My question has to due with the stretching of the penis prior to surgery for measurement. I've heard and read multiple different techniques used. Some peoples doctor used an injection to induce an erection prior to surgery to get proper sizing and avoid shortening the implant. I've heard of the penis being put in a little noose and stretched or pulled toward your belly button. The problem with me is injections no longer is effective, unless in very high doses, on me and sometimes I can stretch my penis in its flaccid state far but sometimes it seems to be tight and pulled in and won't stretch at all. It means a big deal to me because I want proper measurements taken and don't want to be shorted. I know after they preform the incision he gets internal measurements of the corpra but just want to ensure that I'm stretched out to my max.

Every surgeon is different and has different techniques. From what I've heard many don't even bother seeing your erect length.
I've heard that Dr. Eid uses either a VED or injections (not sure) to see how big your penis is in an erect state and to be able to measure it properly.

Dr Kramer didn't make any external measurement at all. He did stretch my penis and said "this will be your finished length", but that was it - he made his measurements during the surgery. The result was his usual (excellent).

Was there any loss in length and/or girth for you?

Lost no length, gained a little girth.

Like many others here my doc did the "stretch test". You'd be surprised how far they can stretch it!

You're right about that. My urologist kept my penis fully streched while applying an injection for a doppler test. You'd think they'd gently strech it.
You'd be shocked as to how much force he was using, I mean I was shocked at how hard he was pulling it it.
He told me that's how it's done, they use maximum force.
Thus, I'm confident that they'll be able to get the maximum full stretched length while measuring regardless of the state your penis at the moment.
The urologist will be pulling way harder that you'd ever pulled.
