68, revision surgery Wednesday with dr. Milan. Much more uptight than original which was easy and great any comments? Original surgery was 12 years ago. Would be great to hear from those who have gone through revision, thanks mike

I have not had a revision, but have spent countless hours researching implants. Your revision should go a little smoother than your original surgery. Also, you will probably have a slightly larger implant installed as the penile tissue gets stretched over the years.

I'm on my third implant in four years. The two Titans didn't work for me. Doc switched to AMS. Seems to be better.
Surgery brings some risks but with an experienced doctor the risks are minimized. Make sure your doctor listens to you when you speak. I also believe its best to choose a doctor who's not exclusively wedded to one implant company. Twelve years, huh? The newer ones are definitely easier to deflate. Revisions are breeze. Off with the old and in with the new!

My revision (after 1 year with a botched implant) was remarkably easy with very little pain after the first day... No pain medication other than Tylenol. Good luck!!!

Revision complete sitting in hospital waiting discharge. Need to find out why two incisions one scrotal and one pubic. Pain is very manageable so far. Old reservoir could not be removed so he left it and put new one beside it. Worse part has been the nausea. Will keep the board posted during the several weeks. Mike

KMeister, why didn't the Titans work for you?
