3.62" long days after surgery...as we know, there is a LOT of swelling at that time
4.25" seven weeks after 2nd implant
5.25" one year after 2nd implant

My girth is just under 5"

All in all - a bit small...... but functioning extremely well. Post RP, I remember looking at my limp little 2.5" tool and thinking I'd never fuck again... I was wrong!

Which is your prosthesis size?

Truth is, I don't even remember what the size is..... I do remember Dr. Perito saying the one he took out was "way to big" for me and that he put in the proper size. I have also noted that, fully inflated, I have a little "loose skin" on the shaft and I have thought maybe I could have been maybe .25" larger. He also put in a smaller "bulb"......

Because of the extreme pain dwindling down to dull pain and back to more painful results of my first implant, I have been very grateful for Dr. Perito's skill in "fixing" me. I may have mentioned this but, when preparing to leave the hospital the day after my revision surgery, I asked about "pain meds" and was told to just use Tylenol. At first that scared the crap out of me. Then I realized Dr. Perito was saying 'I'm that good'. He was, and I needed no further prescription meds and had sex 17 days after implant....

After the first implant I had two scrips of Oxy and several months of Tramadol....

Back to size....it is big enough to "show me a very good time" and my wife calls it "on demand" and loves to ride it! I have also enjoyed many professional women, all of whom pretend to have a good time (and some really do!)! I don't have to pretend!

Hey LMCatman. What do you mean when you said you lost access to the release valve? I been wondering if my pump could twist of move position and I would be thrown off. I'm still attempting to figure out the parts and locate them lol.

I had problems from the get-go with my first implant - long story short - I chose the wrong surgeon. I learned of the board shortly AFTER my first surgery. I took me forever for the swelling to go down enough to figure out the apparatus. The device did "migrate" and eventually (while still in my ball sack) moved left to where I could only squeeze one of the two release buttons. My reservoir also moved. My first doctor sucked!

Dr. Perito properly sized and placed all of the components. The pump and release buttons are easy to reach. All functions well and I have fun.

And yes - I wish it were larger. I also wish I were taller, younger, richer and better looking....

I've had several implants over the last 5 years, all caused by the first one being botched. I've been chasing that dragon for an exhaustingly long time. I'm about to undergo my 9th surgery in September by Dr. Milam at the Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Through that, I've lost more than 2-1/2"+ length and a lot of girth. It's a very depressing situation. Thank God the VA finally agreed that they were not competent enough for my needs, and agreed to let me get repaired (if possible) by Dr. Milam.

I'm expecting my next implant to be the golden egg. Dr. Milam said he can't repair All the damage, but can give a working solution that's better than what I now have. It really is disappointing to know that if I'd had a good doctor the first time, I wouldn't have lost so much size and wouldn't be stuck with an SST form factor. The good doc tells me I may be stuck with the SST from now on due to massive scaring.
