PLease help:

HI
I'm 4 weeks out from the installation of the Titan and just started to cycle and I have some serious questions.
1. While in for my visit yesterday the doctor did agree with what I told him by phone 3 days after surgery, that my tubing and release valve are stuck on the inside of my scrotum. I've tried being very aggressive and it will not break free. Has anyone lese had this issue and know the cause.

2. I pumped up to max and had good length (7 inches). The problem is when I deflate it seems quite bendable but after a period of time(10 minutes) I'm back to the shape the doctor left me in for the first 3.5 weeks. Although not as firm, I'm 6 inches and it doesn't want to stay tucked. I thought the release valve was allowing the fluid back in but doc says not possible anymore because of a second control valve on the reservoir. I don't know what to say but are others finding this issue with auto inflate on recent implants as well?

3. This is my main concern today. I pumped to max and after releasing and squeezing my penis, the left tip of the implant appeared to move down the shaft about an inch. Should it be moving around at all? The right tip seems to stay put. When I tried to re pump up my left side started to expand out rather then up and I had two very hard creases an inch or so down the tip. I tried to squeeze the creases out while continuing to pump and this helped but I now have 3 hard points on the left side, the actual tip, and two creases that hurt a lot. The tip has moved back down the shaft but not in the same position as the right tip. I had Peyrnonies and the doctor spent 45 minutes modeling. Is it possible to overpressure the implant when modeling cause weak points or hard points in the implant that ruin the flexibility of the implant material?

sorry I can't help you with problem # 1 and # 3, but I think I have the same thing you do on #2. I deflate as much as I can till my penis is limp and then over a period of a couple hours it looks like I am inflated to about 50%. One thing I did notice is the position I am in changes the fullest of my penis. if I am laying on my back I am completely deflate but if on my stomach or side it fills up and looks like it's 50%. maybe I need to deflate more or just ignore it. try different positions and see what happens

I may be able to help you with the No.2 item on your list.
I have a Titan as well. When I went to my activation appointment I asked the doctor about the self-inflating problem. His recommendation, which I follow is:

1. Deflate as much as you can or want to deflate.
2. Give the pump a couple of squeezes

What happens is, when you deflate the valve moves and opens up the path between the reservoir and the 2 cylinders.
Since most of us have our reservoir up higher than the cylinders gravity takes over and the fluid starts flowing back into the cylinders
When you give the pump a couple of squeezes it changes the position of the valve so you have to pump to move fluid into the cylinders.
I always do that couple of squeezes when I deflate. I have never had a problem with it self-inflating.

I too have the Titan, and I think Woodturner is right about the solution to the partial auto fill after deflation (problem 2). I had the same issue and now give the pump a couple of squuezes after I deflate. It seems to reposition the valve in the pump so that the fluid cannot run back in by itself

Gentlemen,
Thanks for the suggestions. I will try lying down when deflating and also squeezing the pump slightly to seat the valve. I will give this a try soon. Right now I'm afraid to deflate too much anyway.
Issue #3 has really got me worried and losing sleep. For the first 3.5 weeks before activation, I clearly felt both left and right cylinder tips up by the gland. Since my second deflate I can't feel the tip of the left cylinder. I've tried a few times re pumping up to max and I still can't feel it in the gland. The left side of the penis looks "bulkier" then the right and when I pee my urine stream heads left. I rushed to the doctor and he said just keep on cycling and things will get better. I don't know how to accept that since I felt both tips for 3.5 weeks and now I can't feel one side.
Has anyone had or heard of this problem?

By couple of squeezes, do you mean squeeze it gently without pumping, or give it a couple of full pumps

I had a similar problem where the left cylinder didnt go out into the tip every time and had a dog ear bend I could feel. I would gently milk the cylinder out toward the end of the penis after moving the pumped up penis gently in all directions side to side and up and down. Then I would pump some more. It took about 4-8 weeks but now I can pump and both sides go out into the tip. My surgery was April 29th. Have to assume there was some scarring in the left corpora that would hold the cylinder back until it stretched out some. Getting better and better every week but takes patience.

I felt bad but I got a second opinion from another implant doctor I saw who was too arrogant for me to choose for the actual surgery.
He usually pumps up to 90% the day of surgery then deflates to 10% until activation. He says this way the reservoir is full and can find its proper place and space. He says doing this minimizes auto inflation problem.
I was pumped to 50# for 3.5 weeks. So he said scar tissue has formed and it wants to keep the reservoir back to the 50% level. For those only a few months post surgery, if you deflate as much as possible then bend the penis over and support it this way, the reservoir should expand into the body after time and auto inflate will become less of an issue.

But I'm not sure I can agree completely as I thought the valves by the reservoir and pump stopped auto inflate as the fluid pressure coming down from the resevoir would actual help seal the valve even more?????

BillB603. Thanks for your feedback. I also feel the dog ear bends. When you say you milked it up, do you mean pulling the tip up towards the gland?
How far away was the top if the tip in reference to the position of the right tip? I feel mine is about 1 inch away.
I am very frustrated with this issue as it causes a lot of pain when pumping. I have spent hours trying different things to get it to go into the gland but it won't and I wonder what damage I am doing to the surrounding tissue.
