Today I was in Kohls, my once every third year trip to shop with my wife. Damn I hate shopping. They had a huge selection of Jocky Microfiber briefs that are the same concept. 2 pair for $24. Another $3 ( ?) off with the senior discount. I bought some to try. Only issue I find so far is not being cotton, they make my legs itch.

Do they have the upright tube and the sack to support your balls?

bought some , turned inside out and checked. They do not really have a sack for balls like the International male. I regularly wear Andrew Christian with pouch for balls, both long underwear and briefs. They do not have the upright dick tube though. I tried on a pair of Jockeys, very comfortable as far as dick upright and comfortable as far as balls and since my right nut can get very tender often I know quick. Were supportive to balls. Liked them except the fabric made my legs itch in just a few minutes. Wife said maybe washing them would get rid of an allergy issue from manufacture. If I get a surgery date Monday, i will order some from I.M. Theirs are cotton. On close examination, their ball pouch looks like the way to go. d

I had an issue finding my size too. finally had to go through all Balls in One underwear. It looks like each size has it's own page. If I get a surgery scheduled I am going to order some. d

I was going to order some today but after reading the AD, I realized they're not cotton. Cotton is all I ware for undies

From what I have read, too keep the pump at the bottom of the scrotum during the healing process and to keep it straight so as you want heal crooked.

Some versions of the balls in one are cotton. The ones from Kohls are not and I am not sure that I could tolerate non cotton. d
