Penile implant length and rigid erections

Greetings All,

I've read Frank Talk on and off on for awhile now and it's a great resource for those of us who suffering from erectile dysfunction. It has a lot of info that wasn't around five, ten or fifteen years ago when I was researching implants. I finally took the plunge and got the surgery. I joined Frank Talk to post some of my own questions and this is my first post.

I've read that prosthesis cylinder length affects axial rigidity in a negative manner; the longer cylinders they are, the more difficult it is to have a rigid erection that doesn't twist and torque. I'd like to hear what others think and if possible, share what length cylinders they have. My own implant cylinders are 22cm long the rear tip extenders are 2cm.

Has anyone with a longer natural anatomy lost any length post op that left excess shaft skin bunched up behind the glans? Post op I lost roughly 1.5 inches of length leaving loose shaft skin bunched up behind the glans. I'm looking at a new circumcision to "tighten" things up and look "harder" when my implant is inflated.

Last, does anyone still get natural secondary erections that add more girth? I sometimes get them and they are nice, but there's no guarantee when and if they'll show.

My tubes are 26cm plus extenders. I lost about 1.75" post implant. I have a little excess skin but not going to have it removed, it's not a problem at all. My penis was turned slightly to the left post-op but after several months it's as straight as it ever was.

In the first couple of months I was getting partial erections from increased blood flow. That has stopped now and I don't get those anymore.

Regarding rigidity, the longer length does not negatively affect hardness (anymore) now that my tissues have properly stretched to accommodate the implant. The thing gets so hard, it feels like a bar of steel in there. My wife has me partially deflate the device depending on position due to excessive hardness.

I have other issues with the implant due to surgeon arrogance in the manner he placed the pump and tubes (his own personal desired fashion, instead of industry standard procedure). But the things you are worried about will likely correct themselves as the healing progresses.

Remember, approximately 25%-35% of the implant is internal, just as the same portion of your manly self is internal.

30 % of 26 cm are 7- 7.5 cm ( proximal corporal length). The rest 18 -19 (distal shaft) should be " visible penis"... I confirm : big penis !

18 - 19 cm. = 7" -7 1/2" I agree big (at least by my standard) but I wouldn't call it a monster. I would call it a monster but most people would just call it big

Certainly... I said "monster" but i know it's no monster. But a man with 7.5 inch of visible penis after penile implant is GREAT RESULT ! I would like know if Hard Drive has 7.5 inch of usable penis after implant ?

Holy crap....I would only wish for length like that, pre or post length. I am looking at an implant perhaps, but I only have 5 inches to work with. So don't think I would get much more. I'm sure you're very happy with the result.

It's a Titan. No not a monster penis. Much of that length is inside the body, not on the outside.
