A few implant questions, and discussing with uro.

Update on my situation (I can't find my old thread)
A month ago I combined two drugs, cialis and pt-141. This gave me an incredibly strong erection as I lay down to sleep, I masturbated and it went away. I woke up with another one that took a long time to get rid of. I initially suspected priapism damage but it might be trauma to my ischiocavernosus and bulbospongiosus muscles, as along with nearly complete ED I have some symptoms similar of those with 'hard flaccid'. Thing is recovery stories are so rare with that condition, and mine is quite severe.
My uro was skeptical, and apart from all the new spider veins and blue ones on my penis (which he said he couldn't explain). He said it looked fine. Despite it being very firm whilst still flaccid, which it never was before. From my understanding my condition is rare, as in I'm the only person from my research who damaged themselves in such a way, and has all the symptoms I do. So I understand my uro to be skeptical and say it's all in my head. I have a doppler next week though.
Unfortunately it seems urology is one of treatments and less about finding the exact cause sometimes, but I would like to get in queue for an implant in my country as it takes years and in that time I can see if it improves but if not I have a solution. I don't know how to bring this up with my uro though and let him understand my reasoning and be convincing? Especially if I don't want to use VED or injections.
A few other questions:
How would an implant work if the ischiocavernosus and/or bulbospongiosus muscle were chronically tense/damaged? Would they pull on it a bunch? or hurt?
Any young guys with implants have any stories to share?
How do you mentally cope with ED at a young age? I'm to embarrassed to tell my parents or family that I took drugs and rendered myself impotent. Life was so amazing before this (minus my performance anxiety ED) but still it's tough to deal with. (maybe this should be in the emotional support section)
