Peyronies and implant

To those who had scarring/Peyronies situation and then implant...a quick question for you.

I have Peyronies myself, at 22 years old, last time I went to my peyronies specialist my plaque was not too big and my peyronies does NOT cause curvature in any bit. I do have congenial curvature slightly upward though. And the peyronies does cause me to have a slight hourglass effect near the right base.

Hypothetically, in the future, if I were to need an implant, why wouldn't the urologist (already planning/preparing that I would probably go to Kramer in Maryland) be able to get me at my stretched flaccid length if my Peyronies does not cause severe curvature?

I'm confused because I see some people say you should be able to get stretched flaccid length unless you have Peyronies...but in my case...is stretched flaccid realistic?

And to those who have implants that are now size 4" and under...how has this affected your sex life and everything? I ask because my stretched flaccid is anywhere from 4 to 4.5" depending on the force of the pull, which is why I anticipate a 4" (or worst case scenario 3-3.5" implant

Considering I went from mostly non-functioning invisible to hard erect at around 3 1/2" I have to say it has had an enormous impact on my sex life. I have one! It does require some adjustment in positioning and experimenting a bit with the amount of inflation and of course a lot depends on the physical attributes of you and your partner, but it is all solvable. Some positions are not possible, but there are others to try. And a lot depends on the attitude of you and your partner. But it does work and has even though it's short, I now have a spontaneous sex life.

I had scarring and dent on the shaft. At the onset of thePeyronies I did get a curve but went away.

You have to treat it right away because the longer you wait the more you lose all around. Mess may help but it is important to use the VED to keep blood flowing. You are young and I hope you can see another doc real quick like.

Only recourse for me was the implant and my shaft looks normal but did lose some length and girth. If have more questions or concerns you can PM me. Best of luck to you.
