Hey guys,
Just wondering if you could share some tips on essentials to have in the few days / early weeks following surgery (e.g. Jockstrap, something like an ice pack, cushion for sitting, etc). Just want to try and buy whatever I may need in advance.

Looks like you've got most of the list complete. I would add stool softener pills.

Take the hospital urinal home with you - it'll come in handy the first couple of days.

Do you just rip it out of the wall?
I live alone. I'm planning on having three weeks of food in the refrigerator, plus whatever snacks and soda I'll need.
Anything else anyone can think of would be helpful to the OP, and me.

Not just any old cushion, a donut inflatable that doesn't put pressure on your testicles when sitting.

wife suggested to make sure you have any meds refilled to save a trip to the pharmacy for the first bit. Good luck! d

Several Jock straps , you will need different underwear that will hold you better but I used the jock strap on the outside of my underwear until the swelling went down and I could figure out what I wanted. The King Style, Balls in One Cotton Erector Trunk are nice and comfortable but expensive. As others have said get your supplies before, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Pain meds . I started on stool softener before I had the implant. I had a pretty easy recovery, used ice pack some for 7 days , was driving in a 3 days , cut my yard at 1 week out with no issues. I have read where some guys here are in pain at 2 weeks still a lot of pain, swelling ,etc but there are some very good implant stories out here also.

I wrote two threads where I talk about stuff I needed before and after the op:
What I Know Now: Pre-OP and What I Know Now: POST-OP do a search here in the implants section.
Good luck.
