Another implant 12 weeks after first implant!!

Hello all,
5 days ago I had my Coloplast OTR replaced (pump and cylinders only) with another Coloplast OTR (By a different surgeon) due, it seems, to the incorrect fitting of the first one.
I know I’m back to square one, which is a real pain, but this time round my balls seem much more swollen and “solid” than before. (And constipated to hell probably by the antibiotics and pain killers!
I have really struggled for about 3.5 months with the first implant and had two more operations along the way to try and fix the problem of “auto inflation” (AF) which after an MRI scan revealed pretty clearly why I had the AF problem, and a fairly severe bend to the left!
I can’t comfortably wear any underwear yet, and the note /recommendation, I have seen saying “Wear really tight underwear and strap your penis tightly up under your lower abdomen is impossible for me.
It certainly seems the AF has been fixed though!!
Has anybody else been through this so soon after an initial implant? If so any input / advice on the down and up sides would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Andy
