Hey guys. Im wondering how do you do to cixle your prosthesis? Do you inflate it to its maximum or only to a comfortable level? How many times per day? And how much time per sesion?

My Doc, Dr. Eid, recommends at least once per day, preferrably two. At least 20-30 minutes each time.
And jusst pump it as hard as possible. Push through the pain. Bite the bullet and suffer. It's for a good cause.
I am in the very early stages, have only inflated three times. It really only hurted the first time. Second and third wasn't really painful. Discomfort, if even that. But it's for a good cause. It just has to be done.

Twice a day for 1 to 2 hours. Pump as hard as I can.

I cycle my Titian implant twice daily for an hour. After 30 minutes I give it another squeeze or two until it won't pump any further.

I was never told to cycle my prosthesis by my surgeon. I got the Titan about 2 years ago and have never had a problem. My first pump up was 6 weeks after surgery. I have regained my full length. Same as before surgery. I have to question whether there is even an advantage to cycling the prosthesis. My surgeon was dr. Jonas Benson at uropartners in Wheaton, il.. I am quite pleased with the outcome.

In regard to Oldgoat's post:
To clarify: Eid's recommendation to me about cycling was only for immediately post op. Twice per day, 30 minutes each time.
Once I start to use the implant regularly for sex, he claims there is no need for cycling.

I have fear to inflate it as hard as it could cause any damage to the corpus spongiosum

I discussed this issue today again with Dr. Eid.
I have just started cycling and the stretching pain is no problem. However, if I pump really hard I feel some pain in the tip of the penis.
I asked whether there were any limits as in how hard to pump, or just the harder the better.
He said to pump to the level of discomfort - not to pain.
I think it is common knowledge that starting daily pumping early is important to avoid or minimize size loss.
I also think that there will be some pain no matter when you start. Waiting too long doesn't make you avoid the pain. It just postpones it. With an increased risk of losing size.
It is furthermore my understanding that scar tissue will start to form around the cylinders in the corpora, and if cycling is delayed too long, it may be difficult (and painful) to pump to desired level.
But as always, ask your doctor if you need advice in important matters. We are all laymen here...

I inflate my LGX daily. My highly-respected uro told me to inflate it completely (meaning till I can't pump it any more), and then give it one more pump. This -- given time -- makes things "better" down there.
